A safe space to navigate the transition to adulthood.

Support in Loulé | Monday to Saturday: 10am–1pm and 2pm–7pm (other times by arrangement)

What does it consist of?

Adolescence is a phase of intense transformation. We offer a judgment-free space where young people can work on their identity, self-esteem, and autonomy, receiving practical tools to deal with social and school pressures, and doubts about the future.

⚠️ Excessive social isolation (locking oneself in one's room)

⚠️ Signs of anxiety, deep sadness, or apathy

⚠️ Risky or self-harming behaviors

⚠️ Constant family conflicts and lack of communication

⚠️ Extreme insecurity regarding self-image
